In 2013, Beijing Feipfu team tested and produced 1300℃ biological soluble fiber textiles, and carried out comprehensive tests from spinning, weaving, ribbon weaving, rope weaving to deep processing (sintering, coating, film coating, etc.), and the production process tended to be stable and mature. Subsequently, Beijing Fepford produced several batches of biological soluble fiber cloth, biological soluble fiber belt, biological soluble fiber rope and unfortunately fiber panting for small batch trial. After several years of small batch trial, it was found that the soluble linear textile at 1300℃ had good effect.

In 2020, Beijing Feipfu decided to mass produce 1300℃ biological soluble fiber textiles (including biological soluble fiber cloth, biological soluble fiber rope, biological soluble fiber panting, biological soluble fiber belt, biological soluble fiber yarn, etc.), and began to cooperate with old customers for batch application.

Biological soluble fiber textiles are still divided into glass fiber reinforced and stainless steel wire reinforced two types, usually stainless steel wire 304, but in view of the increase in temperature, it is recommended to use 310 stainless steel wire.

Biological soluble fiber (AES) is an artificial, glass-silicate thermal insulation fiber. Biological soluble fiber is not classified as a carcinogen in accordance with NOTA Q standard 67/548 of EU regulation. As an alternative to refractory ceramic fiber (RCF), bio-soluble fiber series products replace traditional thermal insulation solutions to provide flexible thermal insulation solutions for commercial, industrial and transportation industries. The solubility indexes of both 1200℃ and 1300℃ meet the above standards.
